Logging In

How to log in into your account 

Logging in lets existing users access their account. You can sign in using:

	•	Email/username + password

	•	Google

	•	Apple

	•	Biometrics (fingerprint or Face ID, if previously enabled)

After logging in, the app typically sends you to the Shop (with or without First Looks) or the Body Scan intro if needed.

When you see it

	•	App launch (not logged in):  Login screen appears.

	•	After logout: You return to the Login screen.

Key actions

	•	Forgot password: Reset your password if needed.

	•	Sign up:  New users can create an account from the login screen.

	•	Social/biometric login: Quick sign-in options if configured.

Tips

	•	Biometrics rely on a stored session; expired sessions require email/Google/Apple login.

	•	Ensure Google/Apple sign-in is supported on your device/platform.
