How to use Chats
Chats is the messaging system of the app.You can have:
• User conversations (threads) with other users • Corporate / Support conversations with the brandIn chats, you can:
• Send and receive text messages • Share outfits, inspos, or items • Use Style Me Up (in supported threads)The Chat home screen shows all your threads.Tapping a thread opens the chat screen (conversation view).You can access Chats from the Messages icon in the app bar (e.g., Shop 2D, Shop 3D, Cart).When you see it
• Messages icon : In the top app bar. Tap to open Chat home. • Chat home : Lists your threads (and possibly Requests and Corporate tabs). • Chat screen : The conversation view. • Corporate tab/section : Dedicated area for brand/support conversations.Step-by-step flow
Opening Chat home 1. Tap the Messages icon. 2. Chat home opens. 3. You see: • Your conversation threads • Possibly message requests • Possibly a Corporate tabSearching conversations
• Use the search bar at the top.
• Search filters threads within the current tab.
• Switch tabs to search other categories.
Opening a thread
1. Tap a conversation from the list. 2. The chat screen opens. 3. You see: • Message history • Input field • Action buttons (if supported)Sending a message
1. Type in the input field. 2. Tap Send. 3. Message appears in the thread. 4. Delivered to the recipient.Sharing content in chat
If the thread supports it: 1. Tap Attach / Share. 2. Content sharing overlay opens. 3. Select: • Outfit • Inspo • Item 4. The content appears inside the conversation.Recipients can tap shared content to open: • Inspo detail • Shop 3D • Outfit previewUsing Style Me Up (if available) 1. Tap Style Me Up inside the chat. 2. The Style Me Up widget opens. 3. Select upper/lower body items or describe what you want. 4. Send the suggestion into the thread. 5. Try-on may open in Shop 3D.See: Style Me Ups documentation.Returning to Chat home • Tap Back in the chat screen. • Returns to thread list.Corporate chat
Corporate (Support) chats are separate from user chats.Starting a corporate conversation 1. Open Chat home. 2. Switch to Corporate tab (if available). 3. Tap New corporate chat (if shown). 4. Choose topic or type your message. 5. Thread is created.Opening an existing corporate thread
1. Tap the thread from the corporate tab. 2. Chat screen opens. 3. Send and receive messages as normal.Content sharing and Style Me Up may or may not be supported in corporate threads.What each control does

Delete conversation: • Long-press a thread (or open thread menu). • Select Delete or Leave. • Confirm.Thread is removed from your list.Edit message
• Long-press your message. • Select Edit. • Update text. • Save.Delete message
• Long-press message. • Select Delete. • Confirm.Behavior may depend on app version.Tips and limits
• Search applies only to the active tab. • Some features (Style Me Up, sharing) may not be available in all threads. • Corporate chats are for support and brand communication. • Shared outfits and try-ons may open Shop 3D.
